FAQs
Are all of the dresses used?
No, we offer a large selection of new and used wedding & bridesmaid dresses. Our consignment gowns come to us from individuals, other boutiques and designers.
How long does it take to get my dress?
Most gowns go with you the same day with no need to wait. Yay!!!
If you choose to order a new wedding gown, then the lead time is 2 to 6 months, and we can always check to see what they have in stock!
How does formal wear fit?
Honestly, after a combined 25+ years we still wonder sometimes. Each designer has it’s own size chart and most of them are based off of European sizing.
So…. what does that mean? You could fit into a range of sizes depending on the designer, fit & fabric, plus if you choose a previously loved gown it may have been altered. Our best suggestion is to try on different styles and sizes to see what works on your body. We are always happy to help.
Are alterations included with my gown?
Alterations are not included, but we do have appointments available in store to work with a seamstress. We can schedule those when you find your dress. We are also happy to provide recommendations for tailors.
*Please keep in mind that almost every dress will require some alteration in order for it to fit your body.
Is pressing or steaming included with my gown purchase?
Pressing or steaming is not included, but we do offer this service to our customers. We would be happy to schedule this for you when you find your dress!
*We recommend that you have your dress pressed or steamed right before your big day and after any alterations have been made.
Do you require an appointment?
No, walk-ins are always welcome!
We do offer appointments and suggest them on Saturdays to ensure that we have a room available for you.
