Ages 4-8 | Movement, Mindfulness & Self-Regulation – Second & Fourth Tuesdays from 6:30pm-7:15pm
$10 for Mom + 1 Child, $5 for each additional Child
Our Mommy & Me Yoga class for ages 4 to 8 builds upon early movement and mindfulness foundations, helping children develop emotional awareness, body confidence, and self-regulation skills. This class is still centered around parent-child bonding but also introduces more structured yoga flows, breathing techniques, and mindfulness tools to support growing bodies and minds.
What to Expect:
• Yoga Poses & Flows: Age-appropriate sequences that improve flexibility, strength, and coordination while making movement fun.
• Breathing & Self-Regulation Techniques: Simple but effective exercises to help children recognize and manage big emotions.
• Mindful Storytelling & Creative Play: We incorporate storytelling, imagination, and creative movement to keep kids engaged and excited to participate.
• Emotional Awareness & Confidence Building: Through movement, children learn to listen to their bodies, build confidence, and develop resilience.
• Bonding Through Partner Poses: Strengthen the connection between caregiver and child with playful partner poses designed for teamwork and trust.
This class is family-centered, welcoming all caregivers looking to connect with their children in a meaningful, mindful way. It’s a great way to introduce self-care, emotional intelligence, and healthy movement habits that will support your child’s well-being long-term.
