🌿 Family Yoga for 5-8 Year Olds – First & Third Saturdays from 11:00am -11:45am
$10 for Mom + 1 Child, $5 for each additional Child

As children grow, they need tools to help them manage emotions, build focus, and strengthen their bodies. Our 5-8 year old yoga classes introduce more structured yoga flows, mindfulness activities, and breathing techniques to support emotional self-regulation, strength, and flexibility.
