Our Mommy & Me Yoga class for ages 2 to 4 is designed to nurture early movement, emotional self-regulation, and the bond between parent and child. At this developmental stage, children are absorbing everything around them, making it the perfect time to introduce mindful movement and breathwork in a playful and engaging way.

What to Expect:
• Gentle Movement & Stretching: Simple, playful poses designed for little bodies to explore balance, coordination, and flexibility.
• Emotional Self-Regulation: Through fun breathing exercises, sensory play, and guided relaxation, children begin to learn how to calm their bodies and minds.
• Bonding Activities: Partner poses and interactive games strengthen the connection between parent and child, fostering trust and emotional security.
• Music & Storytelling: Movement is paired with songs and stories to keep little ones engaged while reinforcing key mindfulness concepts.
• Sensory Awareness: Tactile experiences help children become more aware of their bodies, space, and emotions, setting the foundation for healthy self-regulation skills.
